RESOLUTION NO. 2016-801
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
SERVPRO OF BLACK HAWK COUNTY, OF WATERLOO,
IOWA IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000 AND
APPROVING THE CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE
OF INSURANCE FOR THE 2016 FLOOD WATER
MITIGATION AT RIVERFRONT STADIUM AND
RIVER-FRONT SPORTS COMPLEX CONCESSION BUILDING;
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid for the 2016 Flood Water Mitigation at Riverfront Stadium and Riverfront Sports
Complex Concession Building is hereby awarded to Servpro of Black Hawk County, of
Waterloo, Iowa in an amount not to exceed $75,000, and the contract, bonds, and certificate of
insurance are hereby approved
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 201E.
