RESOLUTION NO. 2016-802
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
AlA SANDBLASTING COMPANY OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $58,100.00, AND APPROVING
THE CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE FOR THE FY2017 BYRNES AND GATES POOL
PAINTING PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 923, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid for the FY 2017 Byrnes and Gates Pool Painting Project, Contract No. 923 is hereby
awarded to AlA Sandblasting Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the amount of $58,100.00,
and the contract, bonds, and certificate of insurance are hereby approved
PASSED AND ADOPTED this IO h day of October, 2016.
