RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO CONDUCT FIRE
SCIENCE CLASSES AT THE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated September 19, 2016 between Hawkeye Community
College and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to conduct Fire Science classes at the Hazardous
Materials Regional Training Center, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 2016.
