Members present: Jones, Schmitt, Lind, Morrissey, Welper, and Hart. Absent: Cole.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six.
Motion carried.
Appeal by Sarah Rynearson for a Taxi -cab Drivers License.
RE -OPEN HEARING.
Dan Trelka, Director of Safety Services, noted that given time that
violations, the only thing holding her up was lying on the application.
Ms. Rynearson noted that she didn't remember one of the charges and
plea meant she was pleading guilty to a charge.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt to close hearing and receive
comments. Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Schmitt to reverse the decision
Department and the City Clerk and issue license.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Hart,
the meeting be adjourned at 4:07 p.m. Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
