Members present: Jones, Morrissey. Absent: Schmitt.
Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Jones that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Two. Motion carried.
Moved by Morissey, seconded by Jones to approve the proposed Waterloo Blackhawks retail
store layout. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
Mr. Lind questioned if the improvements will be the property of the City.
Craig Clark, Building Official, confirmed that anything installed during construction will be the
property of the City.
Mr. Jones questioned the name Party Town.
Mike Faulk, explained that the nickname is Party Town due to the goal song being Party Town
by Glenn Frey.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Morrissey, seconded by Jones that
the meeting be adjourned at 4:58 p.m. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
