Members present: Schmitt, Lind Morrissey, Cole. Absent: Welper, Hart, Jones.
Objective: Roundtable discussion regarding the development of Kiefer Estates and Sink Creek
drainage issues.
Those present included the developer, Councilmembers, surrounding neighbors, and City staff
discussed the current drainage issues and possible solutions for future remedies.
With no further business before the Council the meeting be adjourned at 5:31 p.m.
