RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY ASPRO, INC., OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $1,703,302.86 FOR THE F.Y.
2016 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
897.
WHEREAS, ASPRO, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa performed work on the F.Y. 2016 Asphalt
Overlay Program, Contract No. 897, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, ASPRO, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with
the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$1,703,302.86.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work performed are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October 2016.
