RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION BY PARK
AVENUE LOFTS, LLC FOR THE IOWA WORKFORCE
HOUSING TAX INCENTIVES PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT
25 RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN WATERLOO, LOCATED AT 325
EAST PARK AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the application by Park Avenue Lofts, LLC for the Iowa Workforce Housing Tax Incentives
Program to construct 25 residential units in Waterloo, located at 325 East Park Avenue, is hereby
supported by said City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October 2016.
