RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT . OF TRANSPORTATION FOR ICAAP
FUNDING FOR ANSBOROUGH AVENUE ADDITIONAL
(5TH) LANE AND REVISED TRAFFIC SIGNAL FOR $347,000
WITH 20 PERCENT LOCAL MATCH BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request to approve the application of the Iowa Department of Transportation for ICAAP
funding for Ansborough Avenue Additional (5th) Lane and Revised Traffic Signal for $347,000
with 20 percent local match by the City of Waterloo, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7t' day of November, 2016.
