RESOLUTION NO. 2016-840
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
WITH IMPACT7G, OF JOHNSTON, IOWA,FOR CONTINUED
ENVIRONMENTAL WORK FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF
THE TECH WORKS AREA, FOR UP TO $23,000 IN HOURLY
SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement dated October 17, 2016, between Impact7G, of Johnston, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for continued environmental work for the redevelopment of the
Tech Works area, in an amount not to exceed $23,000 in hourly services, is hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17a'day of October 2016.
