RESOLUTION NO. 2016-833
RESOLUTION AWARDING THE RIDGEWAY TOWERS LED
LIGHTING PROJECT CONTRACT TO BLACK HAWK
ELECTRICAL CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $52,700.00, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND HOUSING
AUTHORITY DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid for the Ridgeway Towers LED Lighting Project is hereby awarded to Black Hawk
Electrical Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $52,700.00 and the Mayor and Housing
Authority Director are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2016.
