RESOLUTION NO. 2016-832
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
RIDGEWAY TOWERS LED LIGHTING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-831, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers LED Lighting Project, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on October 17, 2016 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2016.
