RESOLUTION NO. 2016-831
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIDGEWAY TOWERS LED
LIGHTING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Housing Authority Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers LED Lighting Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Housing Authority Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Ridgeway Towers LED Lighting Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 17, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Ridgeway Towers LED Lighting Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2016.
