Members present: Chairperson Welper, Hart, Cole, Schmitt, Lind, and Morrissey. Absent:
Jones.
Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Six. Motion carried.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Morrissey that request from Director of Safety Services for
authorization to begin the recruitment process for Administrative Secretary for the Police
Department and make an appointment, be approved. Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:06 p.m. Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
