RESOLUTION NO. 2016-321 RESOLUTION APPROVING A. PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH REALTY INCOME CORPORATION IN ORDER TO ALLOW FOR THE FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2825 CROSSROADS BLVD AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. WHEREAS, the Permanent and Temporary Easement Agreement dated May 2, 2016, of the hereinafter described parcel is to allow for the future construction of sidewalks along property located at 2825 Crossroads Boulevard.
