The applicant has recently completed the rehabilitation of a home, 528 Fowler, purchased from the City and acquired through Iowa Code 657A. The project was completed on time, has passed all inspections by the Building Department, and is registered with the City as a rental. Ms. Johnson would like to purchase a second home to rehabilitate, 1420 Byron Avenue, also acquired through Iowa Code 657A.
