RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR PARCEL NUMBER 8912-30-102-002, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following assessment be and the same is hereby abated:
Parcel No. 8912-30-102-002
HIGHLAND 2ND FILING LOT 2 BLK 17, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Sewer Assessment- $15.84
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against this amount, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2016.
