RESOLUTION NO. 2016-871
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2017 FORD F450 GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford F450 garbage truck, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford F450 garbage truck,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 7, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford F450 garbage truck, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2016.
