RESOLUTION NO. 2016-872
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2017 FORD F450 GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-871, approval of specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford F450 garbage truck, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on November 7, 2016 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2016.
