RESOLUTION NO. 2016-876
RESOLUTION APPROVING IDOT AGREEMENT FOR
DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC SIGNAL RETIMING, STP -A-
8155(754)--86-07, IN THE AMOUNT OF $200,000.00
INCLUDING THE CITY'S SHARE OF $40,000.00 AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 7, 2016, with IDOT for Downtown Traffic Signal Retiming,
STP -A-8155(754)--86-07, in the amount of $200,000.00 including the City's share of $40,000.00
and authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2016.
