RESOLUTION NO. 2016-877
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH GBA SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR, LLC OF
LENEXA, KANSAS IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000.00 FOR
CITYWIDE FIBER OPTICS COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK,
CAMERA SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE AND MAS 1'ER PLAN,
AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 7, 2016, between GBA Systems
Integrator, LLC of Lenexa, Kansas and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for citywide Fiber Optics
Communications Network, Camera System Architecture and Master Plan, in the amount of
$60,000.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2016.
