RESOLUTION NO. 2016-881
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$2,800,000.00 FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL DESIGN FOR
THE RECONSTRUCTION OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE FROM
MIDWAY DRIVE TO US 63, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 7, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services, of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for preliminary and final design for
the reconstruction of University Avenue from Midway Drive to US 63, in an amount not to
exceed $2,800,000.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2016.
