RESOLUTION NO. 2016-889
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH CLAPSADDLE-
GARBER ASSOCIATES, INC FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING & LAND
SURVEYING SERVICES WITHIN THE MIDPORT AREA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $188,700, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 7, 2016, between Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc., and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for Civil Engineering & land surveying services within the Midport
area, in an amount not to exceed $188,700, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 2016.
