RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PRO -WEST AND ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
WALKER, MN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$24,590 TO PROVIDE A GIS (GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
SYSTEMS) NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 14, 2016, between Pro -West and
Associates, Inc. of Walker, MN, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide a GIS (Geographic
Information Systems) needs assessment and implementation plan, in an amount not to exceed
$24,590, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2016.
