RESOLUTION NO. 2016-909
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAP GRANT AGREEMENT
NO. 17 -R4 -EB, WATERLOO BOATHOUSE ENHANCEMENTS
WITH THE IOWA DEPT. OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR A
STATE GRANT OF $200,000 TO BE USED FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATERLOO BOATHOUSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated November 14, 2016, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a REAP grant in the amount of $200,000, with no
required match, to be used for the Waterloo Boathouse Enhancements, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2016.
