RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO DON'S
TRUCK SALES INC. OF FAIRBANK IOWA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FORD F450 TRUCK WITH PUP
GARBAGE COMPACTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $81,043.25.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid for the purchase of one (1) Ford F450 truck with Pup Garbage Compactor in the
amount of $81,043.25, the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance are hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2016.
