RESOLUTION FOR US HWY 63 PURCHASING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN IOWA DOT AND INTELLIGHT, INC. AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated November 28, 2016, between Iowa Department of Transportation and
Intellight, Inc., to provide maintenance, support, etc., for adaptive signal control technology, for
five (5) years, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of November 2016.
