RESOLUTION NO. 2016-937
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,200.00 FOR THE PROJECT DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES
FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECTS CONTAINED IN THE
FY -2017 IDOT COMMERCIAL SERVICES VERTICAL
INFRASTRUCTURE (CSVI) GRANT APPLICATION, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE, SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated November 28, 2016, between AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the estimated amount of $22,200.00, for the project
design, and construction administration and inspection services for the completion of the projects
contained in the FY -2017 IDOT Commercial Services Vertical Infrastructure (CSVI) grant
application, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of November 2016.
