RESOLUTION NO. 2017-06
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF COMMUNITY
FOUNDATION OF NORTHEAST IOWA GRANT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $15,508 FOR WATERLOO'S ASH TREE
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
SIGN ALL NECSSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa Grant in the amount of $15,508.00, for
Waterloo's Ash Tree Replacement Project, is hereby accepted and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2017.
