RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH F.Y. 2016
LEISURE SERVICES SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, CONTRACT
NO. 925
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-947, plans specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2016 Leisure Services Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 925,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on December 5, 2016 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5h day of December, 2016.
