RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$9,000.00 FOR THE COMPLETION OF AN AIRFIELD
PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
REPORT FOR RUNWAY 6-24, AND ASSOCIATED
TAXIWAYS, AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORTAND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 5, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the completion of an Airfield
Pavement Maintenance Management System report for Runway 6-24 and associated taxiways, at
Waterloo Regional Airport, in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t`day of December, 2016.
