RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
IOWA,
$18,250.00 FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR
THE F.Y. 2016 SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION - PHASE
I, CONTRACT NO. 858; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated December 5, 2016, between the City of Waterloo, Iowa
and AECOM Technical Services, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $18,250.00, for construction
related services for the F.Y. 2016 Shaulis Road Trail Extension - Phase I, Contract No. 858, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo Iowa.
