RESOLUTION NO. 2016-955
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SYSTEM-WIDE
IMPROVEMENT FRAMEWORK LETTER OF INTENT (LOI),
WITH THE ARMY COPRS OF ENGINEERS, FOR
CONTINUED REHABILITATION ELIGIBILITY OF
SANITARY SEWERS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, a System-wide Improvement Framework Letter of Intent, between the Army
Corp of Engineers and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for continued rehabilitation eligibility of
Sanitary Sewers, was approved July 18, 2016, and
WHEREAS, upon further review, the Army Corp of Engineers made modifications to the
original letter of agreement dated July 18, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the System-wide Improvement Framework Letter of Intent as
modified, between the Army Corp of Engineers and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for continued
rehabilitation eligibility of Sanitary Sewers, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2016.
