RESOLUTION NO. 2016-979
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2017 '/z TON PICKUP TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Leisure Services of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of One (1) 2017 Chevrolet
Silverado 1500 WT, Double Cab, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Leisure Services did file said preliminary specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of One (1)
2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT, Double Cab, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on December 19, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of One (1) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
WT, Double Cab, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19`x' day of December, 2016.
