RESOLUTION NO. 2016-980
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1), 2017, '/2
TON PICKUP TRUCK.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-979, specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1), 2017, '/2 Ton pickup truck, for the Leisure
Services Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on December 19, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19t1'day of December, 2016.
