RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
AWARD OF BID TO JERRY ROLING MOTORS, INC. OF
WAVERLY, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1), 2017, %2 TON PICKUP TRUCK, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $28,389.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Jerry Roling Motors, Inc., Waverly, Iowa, in the amount of$28,389.00, in
conjunction with the Purchase of One (1), 2017, I/2 Ton Pickup, with Double Cab, for Leisure
Services Department, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase with Resolution No. 2016-979, after public hearing on December 19, 2016 on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2016.
