RESOLUTION NO. 2016-982
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1),NEW F350 TRUCK WITH FLATBED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Leisure Services, of said City,to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with Purchase of one (1), new, F350 Truck with
Flatbed, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Leisure Services did file said preliminary specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1),
new, F350 Truck with Flatbed, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 19, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1), new, F350 Truck with Flatbed,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 2016.
