RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO AECOM, FOR A NET INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,500
FOR THE FY 2016 SATELLITE RAW WASTEWATER WET WELL
REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 907 AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Services Agreement dated December 19, 2016 between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $11,500.00,
for increased engineering and planning related services, to accommodate increased project scope,
expanding adjacent areas of rehabilitation, for the FY 2016 Satellite Raw Wastewater Wet Well
Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 907, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 2016.
