RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BCS PROPERTIES TO APPROVE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
DUAL POLE, MULTI-TENANT SIGN, WITHIN A PLATTED FIFTEEN
(15) FOOT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, LOCATED AT 1850
RIDGEWAY AVENUE AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2016-
886.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement with BCS Properties, dated December 19, 2016, to construct a
dual pole, multi-tenant sign, within a platted fifteen (15) foot sanitary sewer easement, located at
1850 Ridgeway Avenue, as legally described in attached Exhibit "A" and shown in attached
Exhibit `B", by and between BCS Properties and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 2016.
