RESOLUTION NO. 2016-886 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH BCS PROPERTIES TO APPROVE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DUAL POLE MULTI-TENANT SIGN WITHIN A PLATTED 15 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 1850 RIDGEWAY AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Encroachment Agreement, with BCS Properties, dated November 7, 2016, to approve the construction of a dual pole multi-tenant sign within a platted 15-foot utility easement located at 1850 Ridgeway Avenue, and legally described in Exhibit E. By and between BCS Properties, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
