RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR FALLS UNTILITIES TO
ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND FUTURE
MAINTENANCE OF AN ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION
LINE, LOCATED DIRECTLY TO THE EAST OF 2815
WCF&N DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
The West Thirty and Fifty Hundredths (30.50) feet of the parcel recorded in Land
Deed 560-287, at the Black Hawk County Record's Office, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, as measured along the South line, of said parcel;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for the purpose of construction and future maintenance of a
new, 69 KV, electrical transmission line, located directly to the east of 2815 WCF &N Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2016.
