SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
For the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo, Iowa does
hereby convey to Northeast Iowa Food Bank, Inc. the following described real estate in Black Hawk County,
Iowa:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and reservation of easement indicated thereon.
Subject to easements, conditions, and restrictions of record, general utility or right-of-way easements
serving the premises, and restrictions imposed by zoning ordinances and other applicable law.
Grantor is an Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from declaration of value and real estate transfer tax.
The Grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
