RESOLUTION NO. 2017-15 RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS JANUARY 26, 2017, AND THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 6, 2017, FOR TURF MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6t` day of February 2017, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on approving preliminary, specifications, bid documents, etc., and setting date of bid opening as January 26, 2017, in conjunction with the purchase of turf maintenance equipment. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9ffi day of January 2017.
