RESOLUTION NO. 2017-16
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 2, 2017,
AND THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 6,
2017, FOR THE FY2017 PERMEABLE ALLEY CONTRACT
NO. 905, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of February
2017, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on approving plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., and setting date of bid opening as February 6, 2017, in conjunction with the
FY2017 Permeable Alley Contract,No. 905.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
