RESOLUTION NO. 2017-18
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL
DISTRIBUTION SERVICES ALONG WAGNER ROAD, IN AN
AMOUNT OF $2,750.44, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated January 9, 2017, with MidAmerican Energy Company for electrical
distribution services along Wagner Road, in an amount of$2,750.44, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2017.
