RESOLUTION NO. 2017-34
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TWO (2) PICKUP TRUCKS FOR THE
BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with purchase of two (2) pickup trucks for the
Building Inspection Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said preliminary specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of two (2)
pickup trucks for the Building Inspection Department, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on January 17, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) pickup trucks for the Building
Inspection Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2017.
