RESOLUTION NO. 2017-35
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) PICKUP
TRUCKS FOR THE BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-34, specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with purchase of two (2) pickup trucks for the Building Inspection
Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after
the public hearing on January 17, 2017, as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2017.
