RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $1,500.00 FROM CASEY'S GENERAL STORE 45,
1604 LAPORTE ROAD, WATERLOO, IOWA FOR SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR VIOLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Settlement Agreement, dated January 23, 2017, for the sale of tobacco to a minor violation,
second offense, between Casey's General Store 45, 1604 LaPorte Road, Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2017.
