RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR
AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE FOR HYVEE GAS #3, 1512
FLAMMANG DRIVE, WATERLOO, IOWA FOR SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR VIOLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement, dated January 23, 2017, for the affirmative defense
sale of tobacco to a minor violation, between HyVee Gas #3, 1512 Flammang Drive, Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2017.
