RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AS FEBRUARY 13, 2017 FOR A REQUEST BY
Q CHUCK
HEENE, TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 0.456 ACRES,
FROM "R-4" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-4, C-
Z", CONDITIONAL MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING A GROCERY/RETAIL STORE
AT 915-919 WEST 4'STREET, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH PERTINENT NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 13`h day of February, 2017,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed rezone, approximately 0.456 acres,
from "R-4", Multiple Residence District to "R-4, C-Z", Conditional Multiple Residence
District, for the purpose of allowing a grocery/retail store at 915-919 West 4t'Street, Waterloo,
Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January 2017.
